Written Submissions Checklist
As well as holding public hearings across Canada, the panel will consider written submissions from people and groups interested in options for regulating water quality in First Nations communities. The submissions will be posted on this website as they are received.
The deadline for written submissions is August 31, 2006. Submissions should be sent by e-mail to clk@groupe-eps-sdw-panel.org or by regular mail to:

With your submission, please be sure to include:
- The full name and address of your organization, or your address if a private individual
- Any relevant information about the nature of the organization or your own background
- The name, phone number and e-mail address of a contact person for any follow-up (this will not appear on the website)
